About Us
Mangus Terrace is a small (16-space) RV & mobile home park and insists on a quiet atmosphere. Each lot is approximately 50 x 90 feet and includes a fenced yard and an 8 x 10 foot storage shed with electricity. $135.00 per month for a single person and $15 a month per additional person. We lean toward monthly residency.
