The Cobre School District has a high school, middle school and four elementary schools within Grant County. Cobre schools serve a number of communities in Grant County, including Hurley, Bayard, Fierro, Vanadium, Arenas Valley, Fort Bayard, Mimbres, San Juan, San Lorenzo, Santa Clara and others.
