Through SIGRED's Small Business Development Center a consultant can also provide assistance for business plans, cash flow analysis, and marketing analysis. These services are available free of charge. SIGRED staff can explain state incentive programs offered in return for new job development.

The International Business Accelerator
The International Business Accelerator (IBA)
is a one-stop shop of resources for New Mexican businesses and individuals wishing to introduce their product or service into the global market.
The IBA offers educational programs on how to export/import, an online resource guide of international trade materials, and an electronic database of international trade leads/joint venture opportunities.
The IBA also leads outgoing and reverse trade missions of foreign buyers and sellers for the benefit of New Mexican companies.
New Mexico Department of Economic Development
Invest New Mexico: a $1.2 billion fund to back new, relocating or expanding companies that create high-wage jobs. This unique program allows the state to co-invest directly in a company, can provide loans in a number of ways, and can support communities by providing public infrastructure investments from business incubators, to industrial parks, to transportation projects.
