The Town of Silver City is accepting application for the position of Secretary/Receptionist at the Recreation Center. Responsibilities include: performing routine receptionist, secretarial, clerical and typing duties; maintaining accounting records for program. Requirements include: valid NM Class D Driver’s License; favorable Police Background Check; High School diploma or equivalent; post-secondary training preferred; two years secretarial/clerical experience; one year bookkeeping/accounting experience; ability to help plan, schedule and direct recreational programs and events; ability to communicate effectively verbally and in written form; ability to drive 15 passenger van and perform cleaning duties when required; ability to pass drug and alcohol tests.
