You are invited to the November 2023 Chamber Luncheon for the discussion of the Grant County Resilience Action Plan presented by Grant County, Freeport McMoran, the Southwest New Mexico Council of Governments, the Grant County Community Foundation, and United Way. The luncheon is scheduled for Wednesday, November 1, 2023, from 11:45 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at the Grant County Veteran's Memorial Business and Conference Center.
The Action Plan provides a proactive approach to identify and address potential risks, shocks, and disruptions that could have adverse effects on the residents and various public and private operations within the community. The plan was formulated by a group of community-minded organizations that worked to build proactive, achievable plans to improve resiliency. This action plan sets realistic steps that we can take as a community starting today. They will provide an overview of the plan, highlight key actions already underway, and invite support from those who may want to get involved.
Lunch will be catered by Savory Kitchen and Catering.
The fee for the luncheon is $15.00 per person. To register please click the link to the right.
We hope to see you there!
