    Event Description:
    Max Participation: 20 Time: 8am- Come join us for food, fun, and a hike. The Grapevine is adjacent to the first designated Wilderness area in the country. Participants can enjoy staying at the Grapevine and enjoying the river or can go on a hike. The hike will follow the mainstem of the Gila River. There are multiple river crossings and plenty to see. The trail is also one of the most used alternate routes for the CDT. We will be providing activities for adults and children. Water Monitoring and Duck making. Along with a float down the river. Participants are asked to bring plenty of water, snacks, sunscreen and shoes you don’t mind getting wet. We ask that all participants meet at The Silver City Visitors Center at 8am.
