The ServSafe Program Food safety training is a commitment, a mindset and a smart business practice for all restaurant and foodservice operations. This seminar teaches foodservice employees all they need to know to safely handle and prepare food on a daily basis. The ServSafe program provides the resources to help keep food safety as an essential ingredient in every meal.
The Employee Class The ServSafe program offers training for every level of your organization.
The 3-hour course will utilize the ServSafe Food Handler Guide and approved videos. The guide highlights critical new FDA codes and instills food safety basics through activities, exercises and quizzes and makes a valuable post-training reference. A certificate of completion is also included for all participants. The instructor is a nationally certified instructor from the National Restaurant Association Education Foundation.
Payment and Confirmation Information You must enroll and pay at least 5 days prior to the class. Cancellations and changes occurring within 5 business days of a scheduled class are subject to a $10 rescheduling fee. NMRA reserves the right to cancel classes that do not meet minimum enrollment requirements. You will be notified if this occurs. Your workbook will be provided to you at the class.
