SUMMARY:Battle of the Gila
DESCRIPTION:Battle of the Gila is a martial arts competition for children and adults. It will have kumite (sparring)\, kata (forms)\, weapons kata (forms)\, Chanbara (padded swords) and take down sparring. Registration will begin at 8:00 am.  The public is invited to attend.  The actual tournament begins at 10:00 a.m.  Admission is $5.00 per person and concessions will be available.\n\n\n\nBATTLE IN THE GILA is presented by Lawley Toyota and produced by Oni Ken Karate in Silver City.
