Where is it?

The Weekend at the Galleries spotlights Grant County's renown arts community, in galleries across downtown Silver City. And don't forget the galleries located across the County during your visit! Sponsored by the Mimbres Region Arts Council, our award-winning non-profit arts group dedicated to enriching the cultural life of southwestern New Mexico.

In the center of Silver City is a vibrant and growing art community of more than 200 artists and more than two dozen galleries. A friendly small-town ambiance, the surrounding Gila Wilderness, nearby Western New Mexico University, the authentic historic downtown and diverse culture makes Silver City an inspiring environment for creative energy and expression.

The works of more than 200 artists will be featured during the Weekend at the Galleries at more than two dozen galleries and exhibits.
